Microsoft on Tuesday launched the world’s first commercial operating system, Windows 10, in a new video.
In the video, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella described the operating system as “the world’s most advanced operating system.”
He also said the new version of Windows 10 will include a new feature called “Instant Windows,” which he said will allow users to quickly navigate the internet by using the touch screen.
“Microsoft is working on a lot of new innovations in our ecosystem, including a new universal app, a new experience for Windows 10 that enables users to easily navigate the web and play games with their friends, and the next generation of Xbox gaming,” Nadell said in the video.
“We are excited to see what you can do with Windows 10 and how it helps us make the world a better place.”
Microsoft announced the launch of Windows at its Build conference in June.
The company says it will soon begin selling a version of the operating software for $99, though the company says the cost will vary depending on the model.
